Project Overview

Building a scalable digital experience from the ground up.

What began as a single product landing page evolved into a broader initiative spanning product marketing, brand standards, website design, and supporting sales assets for multiple digital products.

Limited direction and no established layout patterns required creating solutions while building the framework itself.

My Role

Owned branding, UX/UI design, product mockups, marketing assets, and website layouts across multiple initiatives.

Understanding the Problem

Understanding the user and business needs.

The project began with a simple request: design a landing page for an existing product. However, there was little guidance beyond a high-level vision to create something competitive within the SaaS market.

Before designing screens, it was necessary to establish a visual foundation through a branding style guide that could support future marketing efforts. As the scope expanded, additional challenges emerged, including creating custom product visuals, developing new page structures without existing layout standards, and ensuring consistency across product pages, webinars, sales materials, and downloadable resources.

The solution needed to balance professionalism with a more approachable and human brand presence. Rather than following the traditional SaaS approach of dense content and overly corporate visuals, the experience was designed to communicate expertise without sacrificing personality. Through custom graphics, thoughtful layouts, and a more conversational visual style, the site aimed to make complex products easier to understand while helping visitors form a stronger connection with the brand.

Primary Research

Research focused on understanding expectations and market standards.

Competitive SaaS Review

Analyzed leading SaaS websites to identify UX patterns, content structures, and visual trends across the industry.

Design Pattern Analysis

Studied modern landing page standards to improve usability, credibility, and user engagement through layout choices.

Concept Validation

Created sketches and multiple layout options to test ideas early and gather feedback before moving into production work.

Leadership Alignment

Worked closely with leadership to refine visuals, messaging, and ensure alignment on overall creative direction.
